Disability Recruitment for WPP IT
At WPP, we want to be the employer of choice for all those with disabilities or chronic conditions, so we’re offering an apprenticeship that combines our expertise with Google’s Certification in IT Support to create a pipeline of differently abled IT experts.
At WPP, we want to not only attract disabled talent, but also ensure that this talent is set up to succeed and progress within our organisation. Knowing that minority communities are 1.5 to 2 times more likely to have a major chronic disease, we want to especially focus on those at the intersection of ability and racial bias. This apprenticeship will combine our always-on virtual NextGen advertising education programme with support from leaders from across the WPP IT team. We will also further empower talent by ensuring that they complete the programme with a Google Certification in IT Support, ready to join our teams and start making a difference.
